A life-long sewist, Edy began making leather tote bags during the pandemic. She began using pre-loved leather coats from thrift stores, but soon tired of the limited colour choices. Then she discovered full grain leather from Italy, and hasn’t looked back!

All Covet Handcrafted Bags are designed, cut, shaped and sewn (using a cast iron, hand crank sewing machine), by Edy.

Covet bags are made from high quality, full grain, ethically sourced leather from Italy, and Bison leather from Maine. All Covet handcrafted leather bags are made from small batches of leather, and are designed for originality and uniqueness, so that no two bags are alike. Covet bags are made to be used and be enjoyed, every day and with minimal care, will age beautifully, and last for many years.
